Why it matters
Noncredit CTE serves millions of learners and plays a major workforce-development role, but evidence about who participates and which program designs work is limited. Better evidence can improve program quality, funding decisions, and pathways into skilled employment.
About the project
The study uses Virginia Community College System administrative records to analyze participant composition, program success, credential attainment, subsequent enrollment, employment, and earnings across FastForward programs.
