Online competency-based programs serve learners who need flexible pathways but who may also face barriers to sustained engagement. Evidence on low-cost, scalable support can improve completion without reducing flexibility.

The partnership tests targeted outreach and support strategies and uses student behavior and outcome data to refine how and when the college communicates with learners.
